Meet Nicole

Nicole comes from a long line of entrepreneur and small business owners, she often describes her family Christmas’ as an episode of Shark Tank. For most of her career she served as an Executive Assistant in the corporate world. She excelled with her small business background and work ethic.

Taking her passion for organization and efficiency she founded Bosun, which could provide the same level of support to business owners as a scalable and affordable solution.

Fun Facts about Nicole:

She loves to travel with her family and friends, her Air BnB bookings are as eclectic as her playlists, but she can always be found in Montana. As for the one thing she would delegate, anything that slows her down!

Meet Sarah

Sarah’s work background consists mostly of Human Resources and Office Management, but she thrives in the back office, where she can help other people shine. 

She started with Bosun 5 years ago with a project, and is now our Operations Manager and our resident problem solver! She loves that the clients we support are living the American dream, and feels honored to be a small part of that. 

Fun facts about Sarah:

She is obsessed with traveling around our amazing country and world and is constantly planning her next trip. She’s thrilled to go anywhere a cruise will take her. As for the one thing she would delegate in life, the laundry!

Meet Ginger

Ginger is a Relationship Manager here at Bosun. Her background is in grief education. She is a problem solver focused on developing and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships to increase client and contractor satisfaction. 

Fun facts about Ginger:

She loves to travel with her favorite people and she enjoys reading (one of her top picks is Becoming Bulletproof by: Evy Poumpouras). If she could delegate a job or two around the house it would be cleaning floors and folding clothes. A quote she loves to share, (which highlights her funny side), “Life is like flying a helicopter… I don’t know how to fly a helicopter.”

Stephanie's professional background is in college admissions and recruiting, as well as executive administrative support. She is part of Bosun's recruiting team, with her primary focus being Bosun's Remote Expert candidates. Stephanie loves to discover the kind of top-notch talent Bosun's clients have come to expect - candidates who not only have the skills needed for the job, but a passion for helping others. Her goal in the recruiting process is to find a match which would foster a long-term mutually beneficial relationship between Bosun's Remote Expert and the Client. 

Fun facts about Stephanie:

Stephanie enjoys family time with her husband and their three daughters. They love to take road trips, plan themed family fun nights, and play board games. She hopes one day to take her children to visit Norway, where she and her husband lived for 16 months working with a small church. If Stephanie could delegate one thing, it would be cleaning out the closets! As she watches her girls grow up (too quickly), she often thinks of this quote: "Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened."

Meet Erin H.

Erin is Bosun’s Billing Manager and our main point of contact for invoice or billing questions.

Bosun gives Erin the freedom to work from home while not missing a beat. Along with her role here at Bosun, she and her family run a small cattle operation. When she’s not at her desk- she’s at the barn, hauling cows, or hauling kids.

Erin loves to celebrate client/contractor wins and watch the success of our team members when they assist our clients and contractors with building that rewarding relationship.

Fun facts about Erin:

Her call to battle is, ‘do a bunch by lunch, be a winner by dinner’. She delegates many things daily to her kids, but sure could use an in-house chef. “What’s for dinner?” is her biggest challenge, although it’s most likely going to be BEEF!

Meet Erin T.

Erin’s background is in administrative support and customer relations. She joined Bosun five years ago, initially in administrative and event coordination positions. Later on, she transitioned into the internal team, where she currently serves as the social media manager. In this capacity, Erin oversees all of Bosun's social media platforms, while also taking charge of the creation and design of newsletters and marketing campaigns.

She is a firm believer in Bosun's mission, to provide support to overburdened business owners, enabling them to regain control of their businesses and enjoy their lives.

Fun facts about Erin:

In her personal life, Erin enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their baby boy. She loves a good home improvement project and going thrift shopping, and although travel has become a rare occurrence for her these days, she would love to go to Maine in the Fall. If Erin were to delegate just one task, it would undoubtedly be the laundry!

Meet Alex

Alex is the Executive Assistant for Nicole. She helps out with everything under the sun that has to do with taking care of Nicole, the team, and making sure our clients and employees feel appreciated! Alex's passion is helping others by taking tasks off of their plate. Alex feels like the Bosun team has each other’s backs and is working for a common goal. 

Fun facts about Alex:

Alex enjoys being outdoors in the Appalachian mountains and hiking local trails. When asked what she'd delegate, it was an easy answer "coming up with what to eat for dinner!" Alex's favorite quote is: "You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending." - C.S. Lewis.
